   Is 'Post by Voice' an option that all the 'Blogs' users can take part in, not just the owner?

   The blog I need help with is grandpawsletters.com.

   It appears to me that "post by voice" can be used by the official users of your blog who have been given the status that enables them to do so. However, I have not tried this so I cannot say that's the case for sure.

   Please, please always post the URL for the blog in question when posting to this forum. When you don't do so we are faced with the fact that wordpress.com and wordpress.ORG operate on different software, and some days between 25% - 30% of the threads posted to this forum are being posted by wordpress>ORG bloggers who are posting to the wrong forum because they failed to read the sticky post at the head of the forum prior to posting. http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-read-me-first-before-posting?replies=1
