Post font changed somehow? Please help.

    First let me say that I am a code dummy. I don't do much more than a lil basic html. I have tried to use the FAQ's and searched the forums, but I can't find this specific issue, so I'm asking here.
    I am using the theme "ChaoticSoul". I haven't messed with the css, but I have uploaded a custom header.
    I am not using any blogging/client software or a WP program at this time, I'm typing directly into the visual editor on my dashboard and sometimes working back and forth between it and the html editor.
    All of a sudden this evening I notice that some of my posts appear to be in a smaller and somewhat italic script as opposed to the font I'm accustomed to.
    The most recent post seems normal, My SS here
    But many or possibly even most of the earlier posts have changed to this: 2nd SS here

    I first thought it was only the post pictured here, so figured I messed up and forgot to close a tag and I went back to edit it, but it shows up normal in the visual editor, and I double checked the html. Upon looking further I discovered that at least the previous 5 or 6 posts all have the tiny italic font.

    I'm soooo confused! Please help?

    In your latest post, the more tag ended up getting put in before you ended the italic tag for the stuff right above it.

    First off, go to settings > writing and select "WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically" and click save changes. This will help keep this from happening in the future.

    Next, open your latest post, go to where the more tag is and delete it. With your cursor on the empty line between the paragraphs, click the italics icon (which should be a darker grey than the others) to turn off italics. Then reinsert the more tag and change the text in it to what you have now. Then click "update post."

    That should take care of it for you.

    One thing to remember, is always end a formatting tag before inserting the more tag, then you can start the formatting again on the next paragraph if you need to.

    Wow! That is insane! That the "more" tag changed all the posts below. I never even checked the html for that post, since it appeared to be the only one that was correct. Hehe.

    Life has sort of gotten in the way of blogging, and you are not the only one to ask that question, but I'll be getting back on things soon. I'll be doing a post or three from Hawai'i over the next few weeks.

    I'll send everyone Aloha's while I'm swimming with the sea turtles and dolphins and sipping from those drinks with the tiny umbrella's. Part of the time will be looking for a piece of property to call home.

    I am SOOOOOOOOO over winters and cold weather.
