Post importing

  1. Does anyone have any idea how (or if it's even possible) to import one's blog posts from a defunct wordpress blog that they do not run (so I am NOT webmaster/owner/an admin) to my own personal wordpress blog? The blog owner has expressed in the past that she wants to delete the blog altogether and plans to, so far it's still there but I feel like any day she could act on it and erase the blog and that's within her right and it really sucks that I will lose those posts and comments as they are. I tried on my own before to no avail. I can't believe there's no way to import those posts--they're all connected to my own blog's dashboard and everything--I just want to discover how (and if) I can wholly move them.

The blog I need help with is trinidadjunction.wordpress.com.

  2. I'm so sorry but you do not own the posts on anyone else's blog. Volunteers and Staff are always warning bloggers to choose the roles they assign to official users of the blog cautiously.

The owner and Admin of that blog may choose to do what she wants with the posts in the blog, and what she wants with the blog itself, and there is no way that you can have any role in that process. We cannot help you.
