Hi everybody,
I am using the Suburbia theme and I am trying to have a picture with my post preview on my main page...does anybody know how I insert a picture so that it appears on my main page??? thanks so much in advance.
p.s. if this does not work with the suburbia theme, which theme is better to use?

Yes I do as I use that theme on my personal blog. The instructions are found in the theme description and in multiple forum threads.

The featured image works best with images at least 350 by 248 (width, height).

I suggest you try a background image 1,600px × 1,200px in size.
