   I first tried to import my posterous blog to wordpress in January but the imported did not work. A happiness engineer told me that there were still bugs with the importer and that you would keep me posted.

   I have not heard anything since then. Today I received an email telling me that lots of people were transferring to WordPress since the announcement from Posterous that they had been acquired by Twitter.

   I tried again this morning and received an "Import failed, plese contact support" email. Can you please help me with my import now?

   The blog I need help with is fnurl.wordpress.com.

   Hi there,

   We've actually just updated the Posterous importer today.

   I've reset your importer -- could you try importing again at Tools -> Import -> Posterous?

   Don't hesitate to contact us again if you need anymore help. :-)

   Wow! I just checked my dashboard and saw that my WP blog now was populated with the 832 posts from Posterous were there!

   Thanks! I can now move to WP, back to my blogging roots actually as I started out using WP back in 2003/2004 (can't really remember).
