No although there are a few very narrow exceptions. One is if you are selling stuff that you made with your own two hands such as paintings or pottery, you are allowed to link to an etsy shop that sells your stuff. Another exception is if you have written your own book then you can sell it or link to it on Amazon or such. The other exception is if you are doing original book reviews (not copy and paste from another source or review) then you are allowed to link to that book on Amazon.
