   ok, so i have a blog of my own and was authorized to post directly to the parent site. however, every time i try posting on their site, it directs me back to my own. is their a way to post on another persons site?

   They have to set you up as a contributor or author and then send you an invite: http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/17/how-do-i-add-more-authors-users-to-my-blog/
