A friend created her own blog and I want to her posts from her wordpress account to also automatically post to mine when she posts. How do we link the two together without her having to post hers twice?

Why on earth would you want to create duplicate content? Google on duplicate content The Panda alogrithm that Google uses is designed specifically to locate duplicate content.
WordPress.com does not provide tools for creating posts and/or pages autofilled with contents from RSS Feeds. Those are the tools that content thieving sploggers use.
Types of blogs
If you wish you can place an RSS widget in your sidebar and enter the link to your friends blog's feed in it. The RSS Widget displays posts from any RSS feed. You might find this handy if you want to show off one of your other blogs, or one of your favorite blogs, in your sidebar.
Well I'm trying to have a group site of blogs. I've invited those I want in the group to post but once my friend created her page, it shows no posts on my main page. All I have to do is click which catergory I want my posts to go to, but she is unable to do that from her page she created. Wasn't sure if there was a way for her to post to my page as a catergory.

If you have assigned user roles to official users that you have used the adding users process for and added them to your blog then in accordance with the role you assign them they can post to the blog.
Thanks but how do they post to the blog? Will they have to sign on as me?
If you have done the Adding Users process, no, they just sign in as themselves.
