Is it possible to make separate posts in specific to a page?
I would like to have posts of different topics as their own individual post, but only visible on certain pages. But it seems my homepage is the only place where multiple posts can be made.
The other pages only seem to have one single area to enter content.
Does this make sense?

First off, familiarize yourself with the differences between pages and posts.
With wordpress you organize posts using categories and then you can either put the categories widget into the sidebar where people can click on the category names to get listings of just the posts in that category, or you can create a custom menu and include the categories in the menu where people can select them.
