Posting same as Pressing?

    I'm confused. What's the difference between "press this" and publishing or posting a blog?

    The blog I need help with is autismresourcemom.wordpress.com.

    No they are not the same. See here for an explanation of what Press This can be used for > http://en.support.wordpress.com/press-this/

    You can also read the WP.com blog about the new Press This feature (Renamed To Reblog) via the grey admin bar while signed into your account... The Press This feature TimeThief, is referring to via the link she provided is a bookmarklet so you can reblog content from other websites that are not hosted by WP.com

    I wonder if I am also mis-understanding Press This. I have been using it to put links into drafts to write about later, but I can't figure out how to activate the links when I go back to re-read and write about them. Do I need to publish before the link is active?? Is there a step I am missing??
