No, posting to multiple blogs is a splogger trick and wordpress makes sure to not do anything that would support sploggers.
Also, having duplicate content on the web is a really bad idea. It will slaughter search engine ranking because the search engines immediately suspect a splog operation and they will discount the ranking on all sites involved.
If you decide to duplicate content, you will have to copy and paste.
