  7. Hi there,

It will be a big help if you could do a screenshot. It will help me to troubleshoot more effectively if I can see what you see.

Here's a bit more information about how to take a screenshot:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

Have you sent posts previously that have appeared normally?

    Thanks so much!

I've tried to do screen shot, I've tried to use a 'snipping tool' shot of the emails as the email looks in the church's email. The recipients from long ago did not tell me there was a problem. This may be recent in the last few months. From a follower email I've learned it was before the upgrade. I am not computer savvy and I am operating from a Vista os, so I'm not much help.

Would it help if I signed out, gave you the password and just let you go in that way?

  9. I can log into your WordPress.com account without having your password, so don't worry about that. For your security, I'd rather not log myself into your email account, either.

Where did you run into an issue with the screenshot? Maybe we can walk through that process together.

    Cheers!

I ran into problems with the screenshot when I pressed the 'print screen' button. I can not walk through that process as I must physically leave the computer for several hours. Probably tomorrow. In trying to get the first subscriber email sent from a follower, hotmail would not let me log in to two accounts at one time, I will have to do that another time, copy/paste maybe or forward to the church's hotmail acct.
Thank you for all your efforts.
WP Happiness Engineers are awesome dawsome!

Also, is there a less complicated way to computer solve/talk about how this blog post shows up in subscriber emails? Do y'all maybe have a 'neutral' subscriber email where you see exactly how 'posts' come in to subscriber's email?

I will be offline in about fifteen minutes. Thank you for all your efforts on UnityChurchofPositiveChristianity binary log making a nice arrival presentation.

  15. What are your email settings? If they're set to plain text, that will explain the issue. They should be set to rich text or HTML. Can you check your email account and double check that?

Email settings in both email provider and WordPress have been checked. This is not the problem.
Other 'subscribers' (to the blog) recieve emails in a 'format' that is 'normal'.
The other emails going into the (email account) from WordPress and other senders, are also 'normal'.
Is there a way to communicate with Support/ Happiness Engineers that is not so public?

  17. I agree that this should get moved to a private ticket, because we will need to discuss some email account information, and I don't want your information publicly available!

I'll send you an email, so watch your inbox!

Thank You, thank you, Zandyring, other people there at WordPress!

Y'all, each of you, have made so much possible for me and us: A safe place to learn binary log things, be an internet accessible place for our church people who are all over the US. With patience and kindness and persistence you have helped us learn and stay in touch.

Your Support Documents are so easy to read and very well written in a thorough way.

Yay WordPress! Happiness Engineers, yes, and Heroes and Heroines.

  19. Just happy to help :)
