I keep having a problem of posts deleting themselves, I look in my posts and sometimes the post is there but without the content and sometimes it has vanished completely. I know they have published correctly as I have response from other bloggers that I don't know what is happening.
I have also changed my password in case someone was accessing my account but it has happened twice again.

I've seen several reports of this in the last few days. Staff has been looking into some of them, but I don't know if they've come up with anything solid.
I think I have had 4 posts deleted, 2 I recovered fine! I have also cleared all spam etc!! Please let me know if there is anything more I should do as it is very frustrating!
How did you recover them? Where were they? Have you enabled any "code cleaning" browser extensions lately?
The first time I found it in my trash that I restored it, and the second it was changed to unpublished in the post section but all the content had been cleared.

No worries, it's just something that was the cause the last time this happened. Some stuff you add to your Firefox to "clean your code". It was supposed to make sure your code was in good shape if you blogged in HTML, but what it did was identify ALL your blog posts as "bad code" and delete them. It was horrible, one person lost 1500 posts.
I suggest you also change your email password, because sometimes if a hacker has gotten in, they have cracked your email and then used the "forgot my password" on the blog to get the password sent to them. It doesn't sound like you've been hacked, though, but it never hurts to keep your email secure.
Oh no that is awful, so other than changing my email password there is nothing else I can do to prevent this happening again?
