Posts in Reverse Chronological order??

  1. Hello guys

Im getting really frustrated with the whole oldest post at the top of my blog, since when did reverse chronological order make sense??? like surley it makes sense for the newest post to be smashed to the top so viewers can come in and see what you have most recently posted, Stickies would obviously be placed on top of these!! Or atleast make it an option because at the moment my stickies last like 24 hours and im tired with having to scroll back thru my posts to mess with the dates to make them relevant again!! Could even make period of time as a sticky an option too!!!!

Someone please explain why the above is like it is??!!

    Thank you in advance!!

The blog I need help with is wearyourfrom.wordpress.com.

  2. We cannot help until we can see the blog. Please post the complete and clickable URL for the blog you are referring to starting with http://

  3. well i have noticed that this seems to be the way that WordPress make the site work and list it this way in numerous help topics im just confused as to why they think this is a good idea?? making it know that if you want people to view the most relevant posts you have to sticky it!!
i wouldnt even mind but its not like my stickys stay at the front for long either before reverting back to the oldest post!!

    Any ideas???

    Thanks matt

We volunteers here in the forum can't help until we can take a look at your blog. We need a link, starting with http://

  5. I'm having the same problem too. i just started my blog, and as far as I can see, the older posts are staying at the top. I've looked everywhere for an option to change it, and I haven't been able to find anything. Maybe you guys can help?? Thanks!!

  6. Never mind, it was because they were posted too close together. I had to change the time stamp so that there was more time separating the posts.

  7. Never mind, it was because they were posted too close together. I had to change the time stamp so that there was more of a time difference between posts.
