Posts not showing in reader topics

  1. I just posted on my blog http://www.prescriptionforplay.wordpress.com and went to the "Explore Topics" section of the Reader and don't see any of my posts. I have checked and have less than 15 tags/categories for posts. I don't have any inappropriate content. I write a blog for child life specialists (we help meet the psychosocial needs of children in hospitals) and it is a pretty small professional community. When I search the topic "Child Life" or "Child Life Specialist" none of my posts are listed. When I click on "My Activity" it shows comments I've made, but the most recent post listed is from a year ago. I want to make sure that people can find my blog easily within wordpress. Thanks for your help!

The blog I need help with is prescriptionforplay.wordpress.com.

  2. Thanks for starting your own thread. I'll tag it for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  3. Howdy!

It looks like your site was accidentally flagged as spam at one point, which is why your posts were not showing up in the Reader.

I've verified that your site is not spam, and now your posts should show up in the Reader.

Please let us know if you have further trouble with it!

    Cheers, Caroline

  4. Thanks Caroline! I truly appreciate your assistance. Is there anyway for me to know or be notified if my blog has been "flagged"?

  5. Happy to help!

The flags are only seen by admins, and occasionally our automated filters get a little overexcited. :) But I've re-flagged your site as a "good one" so the filter won't make that mistake again.

    Cheers, Caroline
