Posts not showing up under tags

  1. I've been having a problem suddenly for the past few weeks. None of my posts are showing up in the respective tags no matter how few tags I use. I don't understand what is going on since I didn't get any messages from wordpress about this and I don't think I violated any terms of service or anything (if I was I was not informed). So I would appreciate any help I could get to resolve this problem. Thank you.

The blog I need help with is lifeofafallenangel.wordpress.com.

  2. There are no posts on the blog linked to your username http://beatensub.wordpress.com/ and that's why there is a 404 error message. By default the front page of your blog displays all posts. The 404 (page not found) error message on the front page of the blog appeared because the Admin of the blog deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/
As soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear. Read the differences between Pages and Posts.

What is the URL of the blog you are referring to above please?

  3. Whoops, sorry here is the URL that I am talking about:
    http://lifeofafallenangel.wordpress.com/

  4. Thanks for the URL.

All reasons for non-appearance of posts on Topics pages can be found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/#missing-posts and don't appear to apply to your posts/blog.

I'll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  5. Thanks, I read over the page you linked. I don't see why I would be a problem but I subscribed so hopefully this can be fixed. Thank you for the help.

  6. You're welcome and not to worry. Staff will deal with this when they can.

  7. Hi gabrielsix27,

Your site lifeofafallenangel.wordpress.com is marked Mature, meaning it will not show up in the Reader or in any global tags. It is otherwise functioning normally and anyone can visit it.

More information on Mature sites: http://en.support.wordpress.com/mature-content/

  8. Is there any way we can not mark it as mature? I don't think that most of my subject material would classify as mature. Most of my posts are about me, my life, etc. So I really don't think it should be labeled that way.

  9. Hi there,

I have reviewed the content of your site. While your content fits within our Terms of Service, there are many posts/images that led to your site being marked as Mature.

  10. Could I remove some of the content so I could be removed from the mature section? I would prefer to have a general audience and I can understand that a few of my last posts especially were dark but I didn't want want to end up as 'mature' I'm sorry for all the questions but I just wanted to fix this.

  11. Hi again,

You are welcome to remove all mature content from your site and then appeal your Mature rating. Once you have done so, you can fill out the form at http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/ and request a review of your content.

  12. Okay I did as you suggested, I'm not quite sure if I got everything that could be taken that way but I at the very least got most of it. If you are taking suggestions on how to improve the system, some way for us to know which posts are considered 'mature' would be helpful especially when that isn't the direction we wanted to go.

  13. Hi again,

For our policy, I'd point you to the Mature Content page I linked before. Please note that all sites marked Mature are reviewed by a staff member first, so it isn't an automatic thing.

  14. Thank you, I definitely think I took care of everything. I filled out the link to the form you gave me so now I just have to wait. Thank you for the help I'm sorry for all the questions but I really wanted to resolve this as quickly as possible.
