Posts show unwanted refrences to other categories

  1. At the bottom of a post, just below the Posted in.... there are links letting the user go back and forward to other posts. Oftentimes these references are to post in other categories that the viewer does not want or should not, see. Can these extraneous references be avoided? Tks...

The blog I need help with is lbliveablog.wordpress.com.

  2. Volunteers cannot view private blogs. I tagged this thread for a Staff follow-up as only the can see whatever it is that your are referring to.

  3. You assign the categories and tags desired to your posts. If you feel that a post was miss-categorized, you can edit it to change the category.

  4. Each of my posts are assigned to only one category. I'm referring to unwanted references << & >> at the bottom of each post. These <<link and link>> are links to other posts, often in categories different from the original post. I'd prefer not to have these links to other posts, if possible.

  5. Please post screenshot, upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

  6. TT, sent the link to Drive before I saw your response. Apologies...

  7. The blog I need help with is lbliveablog.wordpress.com. See image1.png as an example of unwanted links. tks

  8. Those are just the next and previous post links. They aren't related to categories, they're just the next and previous posts in sequence to the one you're reading.

  9. I know what they are.

To my original question, is there a way to make them not appear?

  10. If you have a Custom Design upgrade, you could hide them, but there is no direct way to completely remove them.

  11. ok, thank you

  12. You're welcome!
