Yes and no - how is that for a start -
If you currently have a WordPress.ORG installed site the move is fairly straight forward - export from your old site and import to here then map your domain to your blog here
If you have an html site you will need to move the content by hand to here.
There are terms of service things here like you can't sell you own ads or use affiliate links etc.
What type of a site do you have? Would you mind posting a link to it? Then someone can take a short look at it and maybe give you a better answer
