One person is trying to subscribe to our blog, but they do not get their confirmation email. I checked the blog (with a throw-away email address of mine), and it is working as I got the emails.
I suggested that her IT department whitelist wordpress.com, but that, she says, still did not work.
Are there any other suggestions?
The blog I need help with is elitegym.org.
Have them check the email spam filter at their ISP, or check with the IT department to make sure the email is not getting caught by the spam filter. That can happen quite frequently.
