I'm highly considering purchasing the Headlines Premium WordPress.com theme ( http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/headlines/ ) for my blog. However, I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to edit the Header with this theme. I do own the Custom CSS Upgrade. This may not be a very intelligent question, but will I be able to control the Header with the Headlines theme and a Custom CSS Upgrade?

The blog I need help with is cpacentral.wordpress.com.
We volunteers know no more about these themes than the rest of the bloggers here since we do not have access to them. From what I can see from looking at the demo page at themes.wordpress.com, there is a header div, so you can place an image in it via the CSS upgrade.
Past that I really cannot be of much help.
