Premium theme cancel and refund button not working

    premium theme cancel and refund button not working.

    I bought Gridspace recently and the cancel/refund button is not working. I would like to cancel the theme purchase and have a refund of $75 please. the account is http://traceyupchurch.com

    Hi traceyupchurch,

    I've canceled and refunded the Gridspace premium theme for your account as you've requested. You should see the refund in your account within 7–10 business days, but usually sooner than that.

    I want to cancel my upgrade. I spent $99.00 thinking I could upload a theme, but I was clearly not on the right WordPress site,

    Please refund my account so I can move over to WordPress.org

    @ bryanvillarin - Thanks heaps. Shame it didn't work for me! I didn't want to deal with the self-hosted WP, but I need more customization options. Maybe next time, if you make the WP pro more flexible or if I can afford the WP VIP.

    Same issue for me as well. I would like to keep Avid and cancel Gridspace. I've tried but it doesn't seem to do anything.
