   I want a refund - the theme i chose is not working! and it is showing up all skewed over the screen!

   The blog I need help with is enjoythegoodthings.com.

   WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

   Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

   Note: It takes from 1 - 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

   Since "Pretty Young Thing" is a Premium theme, did you ask for help in the special forum? http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/pretty-young-thing

   Also, are you perhaps copying and pasting text or code from a word-processing program, such as MSWord?

   It looks like you've already issued yourself a refund, so you're all set.

   In future, if you have any issues with a premium theme, don't hesitate to post in the theme's specific forum, where you should get an answer directly from the developer, usually within one business day.
