I've ported the "Prima" theme for use with WordPress.com and Sandbox. Users must have purchased the CSS upgrade. The stylesheet and a screenshot can be found here:

No rules broken that I know of, and thanks for posting it. From the looks of the screenshot it should appeal to quite a few I would think.
Glad you did this! Great stuff! I know Wank and Adams are really rolling on with porting themes and this is another great addition! Just so people know as well, in the global tagging system on wordpress.com, the "customcss" tag is what everyone is using (this one included) !
