I have checked my settings set so that my blog pixelperfectmemories.wordpress.com is public but for some reason it is displaying to other people as a private site.
The blog I need help with is pixelperfectmemories.wordpress.com.

Please try setting it to public again > Settings > Reading
Site Visibility __ Allow search engines to index this site
scroll down to "save changes"
