People that dont have wp acount have a problem when they try to commenting on my blog. I checked the Settings and according to them everything should be fine.

Exactly what problem do they have? We need specifics to get us to the core of the issue.
When they try to post a comment and they dont use a wp. Adress they get the message that they have to sign in.
If the dont use a blogadress they can post the comment.
Provided you have set the blog up to accept anonymous comments Settings > Discussion >Other Comment Settings

when the leave an email address field is displayed it can be ignored, just as the website link field can be ignored.
But wont i get a lot of spam then?
Users must be registered and logged in to comment – If this box is checked, only logged in WordPress.com users will be allowed to leave comments. If it is not checked, any visitor can leave a comment.
And the problem is like that i had checked this box, but it is open
