problem mapping from existing domain

    Dear manager
    domain: i have this problem, i have purchase a service " Domain: civitanavi.com
    Domain Mapped to WordPress.com", in existing domain i have DNS mapped in this mode:
    http://www.civitanavi.com cname civitanavi.wordpress.com
    * cname civitanavi.wordpress.com
    This configurations is state to up properly until yesterday, from 19 February the domain is does not work!
    Why?

    The blog I need help with is civitanavi.com.
