Here's some info that could help you out!
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/register-domain/I'm not sure if WordPress allows the purchase of .com.br domains, but if not you could definitely purchase it elsewhere, and map your domain to your WordPress site using these instructions:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/It's much easier if you can purchase it through WordPress, but I don't think they have .com.br domains.
