I didn't have this problem before but why it's happening now is very strange. My blogs theme is Chateau. A few months ago I made some headers for my blog. They're sized smaller than the size constraints of 960 × 260 pixels (940x198). The current one I have, I put in a few months ago and its fine. But when I try to change the banner which is the exact same size, the system wants crop it. Can someone tell me why this is happening?

Hello, Thanks for the report! I've updated Chateau so that it no longer prompts you to crop the image. You now have the option to use it as-is. Please let us know how this works for you.
