   When i try to create a post by importing a word file I lose all the formating information . (I never had that problem before)
   And when I ty to use the "new post" feature it dioens't work at all. I can't save or publish te information

   We can't help you without a link to the blog, starting with http. The answer depends on the blog. Also, don't EVER use the New Post button on the admin bar. It's buggy. Use Dashboard->Posts->New Post until the button is fixed.

   When I go "dashboard -> posts -> new post" I loose all formatting. That's new, before I never had that problem.

   WordPress.com is constantly changing, and Word has never been web compliant. If you want to retain formatting but write offline, use something specially designed for that. I recommend Windows Live Writer, which works much the same as Word except it is web compliant, and you can add tags, categories, and images.
