Hello there:
One of my readers is experiencing problems logging in. She had this to say:
"I've been trying to add comments to your posts today, but my entry won't go through for some reason. My e-mail address comes up, my name comes up, and then it says to enter comments, so I do, then press enter, but nothing goes though. Do you know what would be wrong?"
Could someone assist me with this technical issue?

This is most likely to be either a browser issue or a connectivity issue. Your visitor will have to try this > http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ If it proves that she is not using the most recent version of her browser then she will have to upgrade it here > http://browsehappy.com
I also note that you are using a Premium theme. Please be aware that we Volunteers on this support forum have no knowledge of Premium Themes and how they operate. You have a Premium Themes Forum link here > Appearance > Themes and this may be theme related for all we know. Perhaps posting there is the way to go if the browser troubleshooting does not clear up the issue your visitor has.
