Problem with MX Records

  1. I have updated the custom DNS records for my site in WordPress so that I can get my email back up and running (after converting from Register.com). However, I know it takes a couple of days to "propagate" the changes. I have an email user who is panicking and I would like to be able to reassure her (and myself) that I have entered the DNS records correctly and that her email will be back up soon. Is there anyone there who can tell me whether this information will actually work? The domain is gcffamily.org.
    The records are as follows:
    CNAME http://ftp.gcffamily.org gcffamily.org.
    MX 0 sitemail.everyone.net.
    MX 5 sitemail2.everyone.net.
    CNAME imap imap.everyone.net.
    CNAME pop pop.everyone.net.
    CNAME smtp smtp.everyone.net.
    CNAME webmail siteurl.everyone.net.
    CNAME http://www.gcffamily.org gcffamily.org.
    Thank you!

The blog I need help with is gcffamily.org.

  2. Howdy,

I wanted to follow-up with you about your MX records. Everything look right, assuming sitemail.everyone.net is the right domain! Are you able to receive e-mail as expected now?

    Thanks for using WordPress.com!
