Problem with Post content appearing as title

  1. I'm having trouble with a wordpress site I have taken over from a developer.

I am trying to create new Posts in a 'Meet the team' page on the website.

The existing posts have a picture with the person's name and title underneath (as seen on the page here: http://www.xenergie.com/category/team-and-locations/).

When I edit these existing posts I am unable to edit the title text (for example in this post: http://www.xenergie.com/lorna-mc-dowell/ I am unable to edit the text that says "Organisation Analyst & International Leadership Coach". When I try to edit the post, that text doesn't appear anywhere on the editing page).

When I create a new post the main text of the post appears as this title like this: http://imgur.com/znrKtdF

Can anyone help me on how to edit/add this title text?

(here is a screengrab of both post editing screens: http://imgur.com/XNXsWiW & http://imgur.com/ifVwbC9)
