Problem with receiving access requests on old e-mail

  1. Hello,

    I recently made my blog private. When I noticed I wasn't getting e-mails about requesting access to view my blog from people I knew who had sent a request, I looked in my old e-mail account and found those requests went there.
    The problem is, I have changed my e-mail address to my current (new) one in all the settings I have found (Settings -> general; Users -> personal settings) and I still get those requests on my old e-mail account.
    I have tried to find a solution to this problem, but haven't found one. Could anyone help?

    The blog I need help with is iseoled.wordpress.com.

  2. You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com. Have you entered two different email addresses at these locations (see below) or have you entered the same one at both locations?

    Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

    Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

  3. Yes, as I said, I have changed my e-mail address to a new one at both of those locations. The problem remains - I still get access requests on my old e-mail address.

  7. I see that a few invitations were sent a month ago and you've recently accepted two users. I can't say exactly why these were sent to your other address but as far as I can see your new e-mail address is listed on your account.
