   Please help with this minor but annoying problem with the header of my site. In Firefox it looks as I expected however in IE and Opera the header is positioned about 20px lower from the top of the page.

   my site's URL is http://www.ps3planet.ru

   CSS is http://ps3planet.ru/wp-content/themes/connections/style.css

   If you need specific code snippets, ill be glad to provide it.

   I'm afraid you're in the wrong forum. You need to be at WordPress.org. We here at WordPress.com have slightly different software and won't be able to help you.

   There are two kinds of WordPress; you're using the other kind. It's explained here:
