I bought the package WordPress Value Bundle, which includes the registration of a domain, but when I go to register (www.bluehearts.es interests me) tells me that is not available. When I search for domains purchased by companies tells me if available.
I would like to inform me of what the problem is, and whether you need to register on my own, let me cancel the package purchased and hire instead the mapping and the extra storage, which is what I would make up if I can not register that domain with the current package.

he comprado el paquete WordPress Value Bundle, que incluye el registro de un dominio, pero cuando lo voy a registrar (me interesa http://www.bluehearts.es) me dice que no está disponible. Cuando lo busco para comprar por empresas de dominios me dice que si está disponible.
Me gustaría que me informasen de cuál es el problema; y si es necesario registrarlo por mi cuenta, que me dejen anular el paquete comprado y contratar en su lugar el mapeo y el almacenamiento extra, que es lo que más me compensaría si no puedo registrar ese dominio con el paquete actual.
