Problems renewing upgrade

  1. I recently transferred my space upgrade (10GB) from one blog to another, and now I'm trying to renew that upgrade, but it won't let me. Error message says I don't have a space upgrade assigned to that particular blog and I can't seem to just go to the store and buy a new upgrade either. It expires on the 26th.

  2. No, it gives me this error message:

    You don't currently have any active subscriptions on WordPress.com, If you would like to customize your sites look or feel, or add a custom domain, you should consider purchasing an upgrade in our Store.

    But when I go to the Store, it *does* say I already have the upgrade and that I have to renew it, not giving me the option to just buy a new 10GB upgrade.

  3. Oh, I see the problem here. This appears to be an issue with the transfer.

    For now, you can safely allow it to expire and re-purchase it later. The only thing that will change once it expires is that you won't be able to upload new media until you re-purchase it.

  5. If you're concerned, I can always manually cancel the Space upgrade at any time.

  8. Hi, yes please. Can it be cancelled manually? It should have expired yesterday but I'm still getting the same error message when I try to buy the 10GB upgrade. Thanks.
