I successfully expanded the width of the content in Vertigo, but this seems to have caused a few problems I have not been able to solve:
1. Now there is too much extra black space to the right of the content (I'd like the content, header, and footer etc. to be centered, with an equal amount of extra black space that expands and contracts to fit each viewer's browser - provided there is enough space on the left for the meta data). I feel like this is a padding issue because I've already played around with every width over a few hundred pixels - but I can't seem to find it.
2. The speech-bubble background for comments (I made 2 comments just to test it out) is now too small and I cannot figure out how to widen it.
3. Any time I try to shift the "Older" and "Newer" buttons to the right (to center them), they just turn into colored boxes. The same happens when I try to shift the "search/rss/random" buttons at the very bottom to the right.
Any help is greatly appreciated...
Adam
