   I have a pretty new wordpress powered page on my own domain. This morning I attempted to upgrade to the latest version and had some problems. I backed up my database through phpmyadmin and then proceeded with the upgrade through my control panel. It ran for about 8 or 9 minutes and completed. From there I have not been able to get back into my page (root or admin). Checking the database I found that all of the information is still there.

   What should I do from here? I'm thinking reinstall WP using the same db but I just want to make sure there is nothing else I should check first.
