Problems with changing WordPress URL name?

    So this is my current address: http://californiadaisy.wordpress.com
    I want to change it to this: http://theblissfulbeaute.wordpress.com

    However, I have already created a brand new blog site with the second address... So I tried changing the second address's name but it doesn't seem to actually "change" the name, rather just create a new URL name..

    So am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to change my blog's name or because I created a separate blog for my desired name that's not possible? If that's the case is there any way I can transfer everything from my old site including all my followers?

    Hopefully this makes sense.. Thanks in advance!

    The blog I need help with is californiadaisy.wordpress.com.

    You won't be able to change your blog's URL to an existing one, but you can transfer your content following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-between-wordpress-com-blogs
