Problems with Top Posts and Pages Widget

    The Top Posts and Pages Widget is showing only the author's gravatar in the "Display as"

    links with post images, or a grid of larger post images

    It seems staff is working behind the scenes on updating that widget. In the meanwhile, folks are experiencing problems. If you are one of them, then either post here or in one of the other threads. They have been modlooked, so please subscribe so you will be notified about staff answers on this topic.

    Hiya

    I also noticed a problem with this widget on my blog pulling through the gravatar/favicon icon from my blog and not the images from each post. Started another thread (as only just found this one), but if this is the main one, then my please regard my comment here. My top posts and pages widget also needs fixing: http://michaelpiggott.wordpress.com/

    Also, is this problem linked to sharing your post on facebook? When I did that earlier for a post today it normally pulls through the image from the post fine, but again, it tried to pull through my gravatar/favicon image. Quite strange and clearly not right.

    This is apparently also affecting the auto-sharing on Facebook pages. All my posts on Facebook page has gravatar images instead of blog post images.

    Yes, I'm having similar problems with the "Top Posts and Pages" only displaying my Gravatar/Favicon (on the widget and on Facebook posts). I'm having the problem with both of my websites at http://www.SethAdamSmith.com and http://www.ForwardWalking.com

    Yeah I have this problem as well, with this widget only showing my Gravatar instead of the images for each post, this problem started on 2-9-2013.

    My top page is not showing any of the my sidebar widgets or my avatar. The sidebar is blank. I had my daughter log in to my web site to view it and she said she saw everything. Very weird. http://pattycakenanny.com/

    I think there's a similar problem with the auto-sharing on facebook!Someone should fix it too!

    I have the same problems with the top posts on my blog page and the sharing with FB; worked OK to start with and then started with the avatar only this weekend...
