   I keep trying to upload a picture, and I have waited for 2 hours and it still wont appear in my profile, I have tried several times.

   if you're referring to your avatar, i see a picture of a guy and a girl...

   if you leave a comment in your blog you should be able to see the avatar. if you want to put it at your sidebar, try this faq:
