Pubishing Posts on individual pages

  1. I have a Home page for general posts, and three pages where I want to post info for the particular subject covered by each page. Can I publish posts on the individual pages--if so, how?
BTW, I'm not very good at following written instructions, which may be my main problem!

  2. The static Pages you create are not going to automatically update. To accomplish what yo describe that you need to assign Categories to your posts, create a custom menu and add the dynamic Categories pages created by the software that do automatically update to the custom menu.

Among the most common misconceptions is that bloggers fail to understand that the static pages they create do not automatically update. Only the dynamic pages like Categories, Tags and Archives created by the software when we publish a post we that we have assigned Categories and Tags too will update automatically update with posts. This post deals with all misconceptions > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/12/19/custom-menus/

  3. Okay--I get it now! Now I've got to figure out how to create categories! I know it's a subject covered in instructions--and I'm determined to be successful in this! I read more about it on this forum--and I do thank you for your patience--I see there are many more like me! Thank you.
