I have 2 blogs under one account and i use publicize to Facebook for postings on one blog. Can i do the same for the other blog, or would one cancel out the other? Can i publish to one Facebook account from both blogs? Thanks.

You can publicize from more then one blog but you will need to manually set up each blog to do so » Publicize « Support — WordPress.com
