Publicize is only limited to WordPress.com, and does not work with self-hosted WordPress blogs. Is there an alternative? Does anyone know of any plug-ins (or any other idea's) where I can automate the publishing of my posts to a Facebook Page? I own a self-hosted WordPress blog.
The blog I need help with is photographypool1.wordpress.com.
You need to head over to the WordPress.org forums as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently.

And yes there plugins for self-hosted sites that do that.
