Publicize not publishing to google+

  1. I have followed the procedure for adding a google+ connection and when I try to publish a post, it doesn't make it to google+. I've tried reconnecting and it still won't post.

    Thanks.

The blog I need help with is michael.bearfootden.com.

  2. Hi, I am using the google plus service for last few months and it is publishing accurately, and even to the google plus pages.

I think you may try two things to solve it:

    1. if possible try in a different WordPress theme to see if its working or not (not sure if a wise idea or not, but you may give a try)

    2. Another thing, you may check is: first go to the 'new posts' page --> then go to the publish widget --> click 'edit' under 'Publicize:' --> now see if the check box for the particular social media is ticked or not. If not ticked, you may tick it to publicize.

If this don't help you probably have to wait for WordPress experts help to arrive.

    Anyway Good luck!

  3. The theme thing worked! Any idea what in the theme would break publishing?

I liked that theme, but I can go find another one. Thanks.

WordPress folks, any idea why a theme would break publishing? Thanks.

  4. It's great to learn that it helped. Your new theme is quite appealing.
Could understand what you meant by 'break publishing?'.

  5. @beargeek-
