I set up my "settings" to notify Facebook about each of my posts to my blog and it was working fine but suddenly it does not send the notification. My last 2 or 3 postings have not appeared in Facebook and when I returned to my Dashboard, it was still showing as "connected." I tried disconnecting and then connecting again, but this has not resolved the problem. Any suggestions? How or why did this happen? How to I fix it?
The blog I need help with is inlovewiththelord.wordpress.com.
I've been having the same problem.
So am I. I have to keep authorizing it every time. And, when I clicked on the "authorize" link (on the New Post), it saved my post as a draft, then switched me over to my other blog's dashboard page.

Various changes on Facebook's end can require a reconnect from time to time.

Hmm... This also happened with Yahoo a few days ago, causing me to wonder why my stats had dropped until I spotted it and reconnected.
The instructions on reconnecting to Facebook the provided link are missing a step.
To disconnect from Facebook you need to click on the 'Sharing' option on the Settings menu of your blog's dashboard. There is no 'Publicize' option as stated in the article.
As of now (14 April 2011), attempts to reconnect to Facebook fail with an intenal WordPress server error.
FWIW there is another option and that's using RSS Graffitti. Others are using it with success so I thought I'd post it for you.
RSS Graffiti takes the pain out of keeping your Facebook friends and fans updated with the latest news from your other sites. Mainly RSS Graffiti was writen for Facebook Page administrators. The more pages you administer, the more you can appreciate it. The more RSS/Atom feeds you need to publish on your various Facebook Walls, the more you need it too. So if you are a blogger, a marketeer, a musician maybe, a twitter or youtube user, anybody that has more than one RSS/Atom feed and at least a Facebook Profile or better yet one or more Facebook Fan Pages, then RSS Graffiti is for you. http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=45439413586&ref=mf
timethief's suggested use of the Facebook app. RSS Graffitti really works quite well.
You can also use Networked Blogs. Or the WordPress app. There are lots of options, but if you want to get your posts in your friends' news feeds, then manually posting it to FB is the answer. Automated systems are downgraded when it comes to FB deciding what goes in News feeds.
