I want to create a website where there will be videos for people to buy. When they have payed through paypal they would get the access to download the clip they bought or something like that. OR, their purchase could generate a membership so they would have access to one video and to see the next one they would have to pay another fee. Is this possible?

Thank you for trying to help. It sounds interesting but I'm not talking about themes and such. I need help with my specific problem regarding how to set up a system so people can buy my video clips. Is there an addon for that if I set up an WordPress.org account?
E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by WordPress.com. On free hosted WordPress.com blog we can use a contact form and/or a PayPal donation button for sale of only products or services created or provided by ourselves.

There is no upgrade you can purchase from WordPress.com that changes any of that. If you do require an eCommerce site, advertising, affiliate links, paid or sponsored content you can hire a web host and get a free software install from http://wordpress.org
When you say "hire a webhost" do you mean something like http://www.one.com ? Or is it a person you talking about?

OK... So I sign up with "BlueHost" for example. Then I install wordpress (free version) on their servers. I choose a Theme and then extend with the plugin.
Two question:
Can I get what I asked for in the beginning with purchasing the videos with the Paypal plugin?
Can I costumize the themes? Upload my own pictures? Change the size and width of certain things in the window?

We don't provide support for setting up WordPress.ORG installs here. That support is provided here http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.
