Purchasing Website Theme

  1. I'm trying to pay for this site and it's not allowing me to pay. I'm worried that either i have been charged like 5 times or it just doesn't go through. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/soundcheck

  3. NOTE: You must be logged in under the exact same username account the registered a blog to purchase an upgrade for it.

  8. Well even when I go to paypal, it says: "Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again". So I do and get the same message. All my browsers are up to date. Firefox and Safari are part of your system.

  9. Yes you already sent that. I am trying on both Safari and Firefox. and yes, I checked "whatbrowser"

  10. Exactly which versions of Safari and Firefox are you using please?

  11. It did the same thing on chrome. Macbook Pro
    OSX 10.8.3

    Firefox 16.0.2
    Safari 6.0.3
    Chrome 26.0.1410.63

  12. I followed the directions above and using Chrome:

    Version 26.0.1410.64 m

  13. and still no worky. My error message is "Are you sure you want to do this?" I really want to do this! :)

    Thanks for your details now Staff won't have to ask your for them so you won't experiencing a back and forth between you and them.

    Are you going to post the exact browser(s) and versions(s) you have tried?

  20. The most recent version of the browsers and versions here are the ones that WordPress.com supports > http://browsehappy.com

  21. I know... we have been through this... I have all the most recent versions.

  22. Firefox 20 is the most recent version.

    Setting that aside this thread is tagged for Staff so please be patient while waiting.

    Staff deal with threads by working from the earliest dated threads forward. every time you bump this thread that moves things forward and it means it will take longer to get help.
