Putting a new post on a page that's NOT my homepage

    I wish to make a new post and put it on my 'portfolio' page, but it automatically goes on my homepage. How do I fix this?

    The blog I need help with is k8goff.com.

    There is a difference between posts, which are part of your blog, and pages, which hold static content. If you want to make your homepage a static page and your portfolio the blog, you can do that. If you want to make new posts on both your homepage and your portfolio page it's a little more tricky, but it's possible.
