Is it possible to put posts on multiple different pages in my wordpress site? Or do all the posts have to be put on the same page?

It is possible, but search engines will file you under "spammer" so it's not worth the effort. You can put a post in your regular blog page and also on the dynamic category or tag page without penalty (it goes automatically).
